As a qualified Pilates Instructor, Functional Movement Specialist and Clinical Nutritionist, I have helped hundreds of clients get fitter and transform their health by using a tailored approach to suit each person.

With an overload of information on health and fitness available out there, it can be very difficult to know what is best for you – I am here to help you figure it out.

My expertise allows me to put knowledge and practice together and to truly help you experience the healing power of healthy eating, exercise and mindful movement.

What to expect when working with me

A THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING of your general health and what steps to take to achieve your goals and optimum wellbeing. By applying my four core pillars of health principles, I will provide you with the necessary tools for you to learn how to eat to nourish your body, how to make healthier lifestyle choices (including stress management techniques), and how to implement daily movement and exercise into your routine.

NO JUDGEMENT. It is in mine and in your best interest to be as honest as possible with any information you provide. Remember, I am here to guide you, not judge you.

I WORK WITH YOUR PACE. Some people like to take a lot of changes on board from the get go, while others find more benefit from taking a slower but steady approach. We want to make sure that any changes you take on will be sustainable long term.

SUPPORT AND MOTIVATION. I am here to help you achieve and maintain long term health. My main goal is to empower you with knowledge so you can eventually take charge of your own wellbeing.
