How it works:

In your initial session, we will discuss your goals, likes, take measurements (if requested) and make a thorough assessment of your movement ability and posture. I will then come up with the best tailored program for you.

One-on-one Sessions
  • 30 minutes – $60
  • 45 minutes – $75
  • 1 hour – $85

Small Group Sessions

Train with a friend or small group (max 4 people). Rate per person:

2 people:

  • 30 mins – $35
  • 45 mins – $45
  • 60 mins – $55

3 people:

  • 30 mins – $30
  • 45 mins – $35
  • 60 mins – $40

4 people:

  • 30 mins – $25
  • 45 mins – $30
  • 60 mins – $35
