Supplementing Your Greens

We are facing difficult times and it is very important to stay strong and healthy by eating well and practicing daily movement and exercise ðŸš¶â€â™€ï¸ðŸ¤¸â€â™‚️ Now, I know that not everyone will have easy access to fresh vegetables and fruits as often as before, so a great alternative that is very simple to implement is to supplement your diet with a daily greens powder drink. There are several good quality brands available at health food shops, some supermarkets and even at pharmacies, or simply order online if you are not able to leave home. Most brands taste quite nice and will please the entire family. You can add it to smoothies, juice, or simply mix it with water.
